The Power of Habit:

How do our habits work? 
Using the “Habit Loop”. There are 3 key components:
  1. Cue(Trigger)
  2. Routine
  3. Reward

Cue(Trigger)

 Cue is nothing but it is a trigger. Your brain tells that Example we take  a bar of chocolates, an emotion, or a sequence of thoughts that tells your brain to go into automatic mode.

Routine

Routine is the  automatic response  that means automatic feeling irritated. Example: getting a glass of wine. It can be mental, emotional, or physical.

Reward

Reward is the happiness feeling or Positive feeling moment. The routine may change you happy or positive feeling. Example: pride, relaxation. which determine whether you’ll remember this feedback loop in the future.
How did you replace/eliminate your bad habit?
Firstly you should know about the concept of the power of habit by Charles Duhigg. Let's Start
We cannot eliminate your bad habit but we can replace it. So, the following points you should followed.
First you should find your trigger/cue. You know what is a trigger/cue? We take any bad habit. Any bad habit, we are routeing it so, it forms a bad habit. Likewise you should follow good or not bad habit. We should know any good or bad habit forms, we routine followed so, you should followed other habit that routine time  because it will replace it. You do your routine  good or other habit , it will form a habit. We also know what is the reward? when you replace you bad habit that is called your reward.
If you find it but you can't replace it that means you have not strong well power. How do I do it? Simply  you should do exercise, meditation, yoga and feed your brain positive thoughts. First you need to motivate yourself because motivation helps improve your mental thoughts and positive mind set.
What is the Motivation?
Motivation is motivated by the actions, desires and needs of the people. This is the way one acts and the reason one repeats an action. Motivation is the combined result of both emotional state factors and unconscious internal state factors.
This is considered to be one of the most important factors in motivating a person to move forward. Doing sustained and systematic training with motivation is the center of high achievement (e.g. in the world of sports, medicine and music). Motivation can also be considered as a structure used to describe a behavior. This is what causes a person to act in a certain way.
You can control your trigger. You do good bad routine. You will get your reward. Stay Motivate yourself. You should know about positive mindset people. The positive mindset people will get positive result. You can replace your habit.
