He has acted in many films like Kadhal Kottai, Kadhal Mannan, Vali, Amarkkalam, Deena, Poovellam Un Vaasam, Villain, Attakasam, History, Kiridam, Billa, Asal, Mankatha, Billa 2. His fans call him the Ultimate Star and Head. Ajith Kumar is also involved in car racing. Ajith Kumar was ranked 61st on Forbes Magazine's 2012 list of India's Most Famous People.  He moved up 10 places to 51st on the 2014 list.  He was also the most searched South Indian film actor on Google in 2013. 

Summary of life
Ajith Kumar was born in Hyderabad, India, the second son of a Tamil father and a Sindhi mother. [5] He learned to speak Tamil by acting in Tamil films. He dropped out of high school in 1986 without completing his higher education. Amarakkalam was romantically married to actress Salini while starring in the film. They have a daughter, Anosuka, and a son, Advik. [6]

Cinema life
He also acted in commercials in the early days. Before making his debut in Tamil cinema, he made his Telugu film debut in 1992 with Prema Book. He won the Best Newcomer award for the film. After this I got the opportunity to act in a Tamil film called Amravati. The first film was not a success. The following year he starred in the films Pasamalarkal, Pavithra and Raja's Parvaiyile. Pavithra was a notable film for him. Ajith Kumar's first hit film was 1995's Asai. In between he was injured in a motor race. This led to a ban on acting. Charan then resumed acting in the 1998 film Kadhal Mannan.

Awards
Ajith Kumar has won the Bharathmuni Art Academy Award for Best Newcomer for his first Telugu film (Prema Book).
In 1999, Ajith Kumar won the Filmfare Award for Best Tamil Actor for his performance in Wali, the Cinema Express Award and the Dinakaran Film Award.
He won the Cinema Express Award for Best Actor for his role in the 2000 film Address.
Poovellam won the State Award for Best Actor in 2001 for Un Vaasam.
He won the Filmfare Best Tamil Actor Award and the Dinakaran Film Award for Villain in 2002.
He has twice won the Filmfare Best South Indian Actor Award. He won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award for Kandukondai Kandukondai.
Vijay has won two awards for Best Actor in a Leading Role and Favorite Man for his performance in the 2011 film Mankatha.
