To increase speed follow these steps:
-- Dial *#*#4636#*#*
-- Select phone information
-- Select "Set preferred network type"
-- Select LTE Only

You can create new APN setting for jio speed increasing. Enter carefully and save it. After you change your APN setting you should reboot your mobile.
Change the APN Settings as shown below.

-- Port - No changes
-- Username - No changes
