Education 10th class general examination results will be released on the basis of marks - Minister Senkottayan 

Class 10 general examination results will be released soon on the basis of marks, said the Minister of School Education Senkottayan. He told reporters at the General Secretariat in Chennai that the Chief Minister had decided to set up a committee to look into the central government's national education policy and that steps were being taken to set up a committee soon. With regard to the new education policy, decisions will be taken on the basis of the report submitted by this committee, he said. He categorically stated that the Tamil Nadu government has already withdrawn the 5th and 8th class general examinations and that is the position of the Tamil Nadu government. The Chief Minister will announce the admission of students in government schools on the 10th. He thanked 10 TVs for taking the time to take the curriculum to the students.

Prime Minister Modi is starting a conference on the new education policy today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated a conference on higher education reform in the new national education policy.

Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to address a conference organized jointly by the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development and the University Grants Commission.

During the conference, various important aspects such as future-oriented education, quality research, and the inclusion of technology in education to achieve a better place in education are to be discussed. Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokriyal and Internet Minister Sanjay Todre are expected to attend the event.

Plus 1 students, Plus 2 Re-Exam

Plus 1 students across Tamil Nadu can apply from today to get a copy of the answer sheet and re-score, said the Director of Examinations C. Usharani.

The report said that Plus 1 students and Plus 2 re-sitters can get their internet score sheet at the school and the examination center from today.

Similarly, Plus 1 students can apply for resumption and copy of farewell letter from today till 12th and Plus 2 re-sitters on 5th, 6th and 7th through schools and examination centers. 275 for all subjects, Rs. 305 for biology and Rs. 205 for other subjects.
