Exemption from writing exams for Arrears students - Chief Minister

It has been announced that the students who have studied in Tamil Nadu colleges and Arrears have been exempted from writing the term examinations.

In this connection, the Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy has issued a statement stating that all examinations except the final term examinations will be canceled.

Thus during the term examination which was to be held in the months of April-May, all the students who had been waiting to pay the fee to write the Arrears examination had passed.

They will be awarded marks as per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission, Indian Council of Technical Education and the announcement will apply to postgraduate courses in Arts-Science, Polytechnic and Engineering.

With this announcement, students who have 1 to 30 subjects in Engineering and Arts Colleges will be able to pass those subjects without writing the exam.
