Chennai won the league match by 20 runs against Hyderabad in the IPL.
Chennai won the toss and elected to bat
Sam Karan scored 20 runs (31) in one over. Later, Watson (42), Rayudu (41), Dhoni (21) and Jadeja (25) added huge runs. At the end of 20 overs, Chennai team added 167 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
The Hyderabad batsmen took wickets at regular intervals. Williamson added 57 for the maximum, and at the end of 20 overs the team lost by only 147 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
With this, the Chennai team returned to the winning path after facing a series of defeats.
