The lives of students are more important than opening schools - Minister Senkottayan

School Education Minister Senkottayan has said that the lives of students are more important than opening schools and that this is not the time to open schools.

A review meeting for the District Primary Education Officers was held at the Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram, Chennai.

Senkottayan advised the primary education officials that the government was committed to the bilingual policy and should not hesitate to inspect schools.

The Minister also advised to monitor the online classes and to test the eyesight and eyesight of the students from time to time.
