Punjab, who returned to form with Bangalore; Gayle showed Mass in the first match !! Win the thrill of the last ball

Bangalore won the toss and elected to bat first. Kohli (48), Morris (25) and Dubey (23) added 171 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the  20 overs. 

Punjab, who set a target of 172 for victory, put on a fine display. Mayank Agarwal piled up 45 runs to give a good start. Captain KL Rahul, who played alongside him, also drove immensely with the next Gayle. Both played patiently and flew fours and sixes when needed. Thus, the two blasted fifty.

When 2 runs were required in the final over, Gayle was run out with only one run added. Thus, the last ball had to hit a run. Then, Pooran hit a six to lead the team to victory. KL Rahul remained unbeaten on 61. Gayle scored 53 runs.

The Punjab team, which had suffered a series of defeats, defeated Bangalore again and returned to winning ways.
