KL Rahul top-scored with 63, while the action-packed Puran added 33 runs.

Punjab scored 178 for 4 in 20 overs.

Watson and Duplessis, the opening batsmen of the Chennai team, scattered all over Punjab's bowling.

Faf du plessis scored 87 and Watson 83 in 17.4 overs.

Dhoni completes 100 catches in IPL series

Mahendra Singh Dhoni has become the second wicket-keeper to catch 100 catches in the IPL.

In the league match against Punjab, Dhoni caught the record by catching KL Rahul.

Kolkata captain Dinesh Karthik tops the list with 103 catches in 186 matches, while Dhoni has set the record in 195 matches.

Dhoni, meanwhile, tops the list of wicket-keepers with 139 wickets.
