In the league match against Rajasthan in the IPL series, the Delhi team won by 46 runs.

Rajasthan won the toss and elected to bowl.

Captain Shreyas Iyer and Steinis, who came in later, played casually and boosted the run count. Steinis, who hit 4 sixes off 30 balls, was out for 39 runs. Action man Hedmeyer hit 5 sixes and added 45 runs as Delhi lost 8 wickets for 184 runs in 20 overs. Archer took 3 wickets for Rajasthan.

Following this, the wickets of the Rajasthan team fell like a deck of cards in Delhi bowling.

Rajasthan all-out for 138 in 19.4 overs,  Tewatia adding 38 and Jaishwal 34.

With this victory, the Delhi team top of the points table.
