Chennai: The number of people infected with the corona virus in Tamil Nadu has come down to less than 4,000 for the 5th day today.


The number of corona infections in Tamil Nadu was increasing day by day. However, due to the preventive measures taken by the Tamil Nadu government, the number of corona is being brought under control day by day.


Gradually the number of infections has dropped to less than 4,000 by the 5th day today. Today 3,077 people have been confirmed infected. As a result, the number of corona victims in Tamil Nadu has increased to 7,00,193. At most, 833 people have been affected in Chennai today.


In Tamil Nadu, 45 people died in a single day. As a result, the death toll from the corona has risen to 10,825. 4,314 people were healed in a single day. Thus, the number of recovered persons has increased to 6 lakh 55 thousand 170.


Pudukottai: Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy has announced that all the people of Tamil Nadu will be vaccinated against free corona at the expense of the government.


Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy visited Pudukottai to inspect the corona prevention works and to launch the district development projects. There, he initiated various projects and Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy visited Kavinadu Kanmai. Then, he conducted a discussion among the farmers.


Later, Chief Minister Palanisamy told reporters, "After the discovery of the corona vaccine, all the people of Tamil Nadu will be given the free corona vaccine at the expense of the government."


The announcement by Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy that the vaccine will be provided free of cost has been well received and appreciated.
