Delhi beat Hyderabad by 17 runs in the second qualifying round of the IPL to advance to the final.

The Delhi team won the toss and elected to field. Dhawan top-scored with 78 and Hedmeyer added 42. Delhi were 189 for three at the end of 20 overs.

Hyderabad batted towards the target, snatching wickets at regular intervals. Williamson added 67 for the maximum, losing 8 wickets at the end of 20 overs and failing to take only 172 runs. 

With this victory, the Delhi team is set to face Mumbai in the final to be held in Dubai tomorrow.
