While Rohit Sharma has been included in India's squad for the Test series against Australia, Tamil Nadu fast bowler Natarajan has been included in the T20 squad.

Captain Kohli returns home with the first Test match as he becomes a father in January. The BCCI has said that Rohit Sharma, who has been rested due to injury, will only play in the Test series.

Fast bowler Ishant Sharma will be included in the Test squad after passing a fitness test and will be replaced by Tamil Nadu batsman Varun Chakraborty due to injury.

Chief Minister Edappadi Palanichamy has tweeted that Nadarajan, a cricketer from Chinnappampatti, Salem district, who was selected in the Indian team for Australia, wishes him a series of victories on his journey to the summit.

Natarajan, who has stunned cricketing legends with his unbeaten bowling, said he was delighted and proud to have been selected for the Indian team.
