The Indian squad for the 2nd Test against Australia has been announced.

The Indian cricket team, which continues its tour of Australia, has participated in a four-match Test series. The Indian team lost the first day-night Test match in Adelaide by 8 wickets. The 2nd Test cricket match starts tomorrow (Saturday) in Melbourne, one of the largest stadiums in the world.

The Indian squad for the tournament, known as the Boxing Day Test, has been announced today. Captain Virat Kohli has returned home. His wife Anushka has not played in the remaining 3 Tests as she is due to have a baby. Thus Rahane is the captain in charge.

In the Indian team led by Rahane, Chupman Gill has been given a chance. Mohammad Siraj has been introduced in response to Mohammad Shami who was injured in the first Test.
