A polio vaccination camps are being held across India today (Sunday).

Polio drops will be provided in 43,51 centres in Government Hospitals, Primary Health Centres, Nutritious Meal Centres and Schools in Tamil Nadu. 

Similarly, polio drops are also being provided at bus, rail and airport checkposts for the convenience of the children on the journey.

The drop-in camp will start at 7 am today in Tamil Nadu and will continue till 5 pm. The camp aims to cater to 70.20 lakh children under the age of 5 in Tamil Nadu.  

Health officials have advised parents to strictly vaccinate their children against polio.
