KV Anand, 54, died of a heart attack at a private hospital in Chennai at 3 am today. His sudden demise has caused grief among filmgoers.
KV Anand made his directorial debut with the 2005 film Kana Kanden, followed by Kana Kandaen, Ayan, Ko, Maattrraan, Anegan, Kavan and Kaappaan.
Apart from this, he has done cinematography for hit films like Kadhal Desam, Muthalvan, Boys, Sellame and Shivaji.
