Guidelines for the unit examination for Class 12 students through WhatsApp

The school education department is working hard to complete the 12th Public examination as planned.

Exams will start from May 27 to June 9.

In this situation, in order to prepare the 12th class students for the public examination, a unit examination has been arranged through WhatsApp.

The guidelines for this examination have been issued by the Directorate of State Examinations.

According to a statement issued by the State Examinations Directorate: -

* Create WhatsApp groups for students individually and for students separately.

* Questionnaires will be sent to the WhatsApp group.

* Do not upload any news, videos or photos other than the question paper and answer sheet in the WhatsApp group.

* Biology and Commerce exams will be held on May 27, Tamil language exams on June 29, Physics, Economics and Computer Science exams on June 1, English exams on June 3, Chemistry exams on June 5 and other exams on June 7.

* The name and registration given by the examination department must be mentioned in the answer sheet.

* Students should write down the answers, get them signed by their parents, convert them to PDF format and send them to the teachers.

* Teachers should edit the answer sheets through WhatsApp and give the appropriate marks.

Thus it is declared.

It seems that the Department of Education is planning to publish the results of the examination with the unit examination scores in the event of a situation where the general examination cannot be held while the corona impact is not diminished.
