  • Provision stores would be allowed to sell essential supplies through carts or vehicles in their respective localities.

The Chief Minister said in a statement that the entire curfew, which ended on the morning of May 31, had been extended to 6 p.m.

It has been mentioned that the sale of mobile vegetables/fruits which is in practice in all the districts will continue to be done by the concerned departments.

Grocery stores in their respective areas are allowed to go to residential areas by vehicle or trolley with the permission of the local authorities and to deliver items requested by the customer online and by phone from 7 am to 6 pm.

He noted that the Department of Cooperatives and Consumer Protection has been instructed to provide 13 groceries as corona relief items | TN Govt announced to all rice family cardholders through fair price shops from June.
