Anna University announced guidelines for writing re-exams for engineering students


Anna University has now issued guidelines for conducting re-examinations for engineering students in this position. 

Accordingly, the hall ticket for the students writing the examination will be sent by e-mail through the examination control office.


Students can also download hall tickets from the Exam Control Office's website. Before starting to write the exam, students should write the exams after checking the question paper. The blank pages in the answer sheets should be lined up after completing the exams.

Exams should be written with a blue or black ball point pen.

 
After the examination, if the wrong registration number, course code, etc. are recorded in the answer sheet, the answer sheets will be rejected. 

Offline exam in pen-paper mode at home, will be held for 3 hours

The exams will be held from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. As per the announcement of the college administration after the examination, the answer sheets should be converted to PDF format and uploaded within an hour.


Students have to wrap the examination papers in a book, cover it and send it by express mail, registered post or courier in the name of the principal of the respective educational institution on the same day. Prior to the exam, the respective educational institutes will send the question papers to the students through email, Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.


Students should answer no more than 30 pages on A4 paper. 

Apart from that the name of the students, course code, subject name and registration number should be mentioned on the top of each sheet

The date, page number and signature of the examination should be posted at the bottom of each sheet
