Medu Vada Recipe: How To Make Medu Vada Using Idli Batter?

  1. Idli Batter (flour) - 2 cups
  2. Semolina (Ravai) - 11/2 tsp
  3. Gram flour (Kadalai flour) - 3 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - a little
  5. Salt – as per requirement
  6. Baking soda – a little
  7. Onion - 1 cup
  8. Pepper - 2 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves - a little
  10. Green chillies - 3
  11. Onion sheet – as per your need
  12. Rice flour - 11/2 tsp

Medu Vada Recipe (Steps/Producer)

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together and knead well. 
  2. Heat the oil in the oven. 
  3. Then touch the water in your hand and take the dough in small balls, place it in your hand and put it in the oil. 
  4. Turn it over so that it can cook well. 
  5. Take off the vada once it is golden

Finally, Prepare delicious Medu Vada using Idli flour (Batter).
