Medu Vada Ingredients
- Idli Batter (flour) - 2 cups
- Semolina (Ravai) - 11/2 tsp
- Gram flour (Kadalai flour) - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - a little
- Salt – as per requirement
- Baking soda – a little
- Onion - 1 cup
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - a little
- Green chillies - 3
- Onion sheet – as per your need
- Rice flour - 11/2 tsp
Medu Vada Recipe (Steps/Producer)
- Mix all the above ingredients together and knead well.
- Heat the oil in the oven.
- Then touch the water in your hand and take the dough in small balls, place it in your hand and put it in the oil.
- Turn it over so that it can cook well.
- Take off the vada once it is golden.
Finally, Prepare delicious Medu Vada using Idli flour (Batter).
