    Work Integrated Learning Program 2022 (WILP 2022) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers BCA and BSc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Hexaware, while pursuing their higher education in M. Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Hexaware Technologies.

Hexaware Technologies WILP 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Education

1. 10th Standard: 60% and Above 
2. 12th Standard: 60% and above 
3. Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines 

Qualification

1. Year of Passing -2022 Only 
2. Bachelor of Computer Application - BCA 
3. Bachelor of Science- B.Sc. 
4. Eligible Streams-Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics Other Criteria: 
5. Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation. 
6. Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation. 
7. Maximum of 1 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation. 
8. No Gaps are allowed within Graduationduration. 
9. Graduation should be completed within 3 years. 
10. All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of joining process.

    Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th and Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India. 

    Candidates who have participated in the selection process held by Hexaware Technologies in the last Six months are not eligible. 

Hexaware Technologies WILP 2022 Stipend Details

 

Period: (INR Per Month) 

• 1st Year STIPEND: 18,500 + 601 (ESIC) 
• 2nd Year STIPEND: 20750 +674 (ESIC) 

Service Agreement: 

On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months(5 Years). 

Hexaware Technologies WILP 2022 Selection Process

1. Aptitude Test (80 minutes) – English Grammar, Analytical Skills, Logical Reasoning & Maths 
2. Communication Test (45 minutes) 
3. Technical Interview 
4. HR Interview 

It will solely be at the discretion of Hexaware Technologies to permit / restrict participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the selection process of WILP 2022.
