The Chief Minister launched the Free Data Scheme for Students
About 9 lakh 69 thousand students are said to be benefiting.
Chief Minister Edappadi Palanichamy has launched a scheme to provide 2GB of data per day to college students from the General Secretariat.
Online classes for school and college students are being conducted with the aim of preventing corona multiplication. In this context, in the interest of students, the Government of Tamil Nadu has announced a plan to provide 2GB of free data per day.
Accordingly, government and government-aided arts and science college students and polytechnic students have been facilitated to get 2GB of data daily.
It is reported that about 9 lakh 69 thousand students will benefit accordingly.
