However you first need to register through a simple process to avail these services provided by SBI. 

How to registered your mobile number with your SBI account?

SBI account holders should send an SMS from their mobile number registered with the bank to 09223488888 by typing "REG Account Number".

After the customer sends this request, the customer will receive a message from the bank saying that it is successful if it is registered successfully and unsuccessful if there is a problem in registering. 

The biggest advantage of this service provided by SBI is that users with multiple bank accounts with the same mobile number can register to avail these services at the same time. 

SBI Bank will then send you the details of your different accounts through an SMS containing the balance information along with the account number and account type.

How To Check SBI Account Balance With Missed Call?

This facility provided by SBI to their customers allows customers to perform various banking transactions by giving a missed call. 

The customer has to make a missed call to the toll free number 9223766666 from the mobile number registered with SBI Bank. 

This service can be used to perform many banking activities including Mini-Statement, E Statement (six months), Home Credit Certificate, Education Credit Certificate, ATM Configuration, ATM PIN, Car and Home Loan Details, Social Security Schemes.

How To Check SBI Account Balance With SMS?

After registering as a successful person by sending an SMS to the bank to avail this service, the holder of SBI Account should type BAL to verify the balance and send it to 09223766666. 

For this, an SMS with an account balance will be sent to the mobile from the bank. If you want to get the mini-statement you have to send MSTMT to 09223866666. 

The bank has allowed the use of this SMS service for savings account, current account, overdraft account and cash credit account.
